Recently I was reading Dr. Suzar's book titled "Drugs Masquerading as Food" and 90% (ok 85%) of the books content was about drug foods and what not to eat. The 15% that was left focused on how to eat.
Why is knowing how to eat so important?
When I was 29 I recognized that I didn't know how to eat. In my attempt to learn how to eat it was suggested that I detox and cleanse. Through detox and cleanse I was able to experience my body and it felt great but I would return to my old ways with sprinkles of change. I became a vegetarian in 2010, vegan in 2015 and it was emphasized in Dr. Suzar's book to become a fruitarian. As I am studying myself I notice my battles and blocks of transformation. The urge to be in harmony with all that exist first starts with being in harmony with myself. So as I journey to transform and know myself especially know how to eat change i've started a 40 - Day Fruit Fast on Oct. 10.
Hekalu Ya UKUUNKI's (HYU) started a Healing Initiative to fulfill our mission to restore ancient spiritual understanding and practices for the healing of Indigenous peoples of America and Africa. The Healing Initiative focuses on mental and physical cleansing and purification. As the co-founder of HYU, I am not exempt from the necessity to cleanse and purify my mind and body. My strength is starting and finishing but follow up is my weakness. So as I acknowlege my weakness my solution is to seek support. With seeking support it encourages others to start this journey themselves. Today is my fourth day of the 40 Day Fruit Fast and the following is how you can support:
