Community Involvement
Feed The People (FTP)
FEED THE PEOPLE is a community lead movement toward becoming self-sustaining as a people while serving as an example of how we can care for and share with one another as a community. Every Friday on 79th Street (1/2 block east of Cottage Grove), the FTP team has free food and clothing available for members of the community/family. Staff consists of all volunteers and all items are donated by caring members of the community itself. HYU volunteers every 4th Friday with FTP.
