HYU Self-Study Journey |
HYU is a Spiritual Life & Learning Society that offers a sacred space & safe haven to restore a spiritual foundation of knowing the self through Self study & Ethical teaching. Our services are foundationally based in the spiritual traditions of KMT/Yoruba (East & West Afrika) & Turtle Island (Ancient name of North/South/Central America).
We are now offering an online 8-week journey of study & reflection on yourself. We provide space to activate your divine Power through practicing Afrikan & Indigenous spiritual understanding to heal, rebuild & renew. HYU deals with the deep rooted spiritual and psychological effects of disconnection from nature & traditional, cultural way of life. An estimated 50+ million people have lost their inheritance, language, culture, history, spiritual practices and have not recovered for multiple generations. The need for sacred space to focus on self is evident in physical (destruction of self or/and Earth), mental (low self worth; lack of knowledge of self), emotional (lack of control) & spiritual (disconnection from ancestry & nature) imbalances. HYU contributes to the restoration of our connection to self, nature, earth & universe. |
