The Secret is Love. The secret to... evolution, overcoming all issues, getting the answers from the universe, having patience with others, etc... is Love. Love is a universal cosmic energy & the key that opens all doors automatically. Emotions are connected to & utilize the universal cosmic energy of love. Our emotions are a part of all of our motivations but what are emotions? In the following article I'll share with you the resources I collected from Dark Light Consciousness: Melanin, Serpent Power & the Luminous Matrix of Reality by Dr. Edward Bynum & 7 Secrets of the Initiated by M. C. Sinclair. EMOTIONS Emotions are biological states connected with the nervous system bought on by changes variously associated with thought, feelings & behavioral responses. Emotions are not negative or positive but high & low vibration. When unexpressed, emotions appear as physical ailments such as swellings, clots, tumors, spasms, migraines, etc. When they are in flow you can express & experience them fully without the above effects. Expressing the emotions or expressing the Heart is experiencing the power of love. It is also the second secret of an initiate according to 7 Secrets of the Initiated. In the 7 Secrets, Sinclair shares that there are 5 basic emotions that all others originate from. The emotions are fear, anger, sadness, joy & compassion. Fear is an emotion induced by perceived danger or threat, which causes physiological changes and ultimately behavioral changes. Fear is often repressed & need to be expressed & released. Anger is a reaction to protect integrity of personal boundaries. Express anger to release compassion. Sadness is an emotional relaxation/release that occurs when expectations & wishes are not fulfilled. Express sadness & disappointment with life to release joy. Joy is the expansive energy of dynamic well-being. Joy cures, strengthens & restores confidence in the inner life. Compassion is experienced after fear, anger, sadness & joy is expressed. Compassion is being able to feel what another person feels while remaining detached. Compassion helps to make contact with the true emotions & expose the false ones. In Dark Light Consciousness, Dr. Bynum speaks about the emotions being connected to the midbrain limbic system (amygdala, hippocampus, inferior temporal lobe, hypothalamus & other parts of the brain). The limbic system is considered a very old memory or system that's connected to human evolution. Dr. Jewel Pookrum speaks of the 7 Circuits of the Brain in which she explains that humans have evolves but still currently have each species inside of our brain i.e. insect, reptile, bird, mammal, fish, etc. Therefore, we humans didn't create emotions it's a memory coming from within. Emotions can sometimes get out of control & it does require us to get to know them, take control of them, learn to experience & express them when they occur. UNIVERSAL COSMIC ENERGY Cosmic energy is one of the English translations of the Hindu term shakti. It refers to external spiritual energy and can also refer to prana, primal life force or the life energy that is the source of kundalini. Cosmic energy is thought to be a vital source that animates all forms of life and maintains the balance of the entire cosmos. Cosmic energy is also known as the energy of Supreme Consciousness and Intelligence or even God. It is present everywhere at all times. People need this energy in order to maintain balance in their lives, and they can purposely receive it by practicing spirituality. It can also be received through breathing techniques, meditation, yoga, tai chi, or other similar exercises. EMOTIONS & UNIVERSAL COSMIC ENERGY Do ye know ye are little God's? We are universal expression of the Supreme Consciousness. As shared above, fully experiencing & expressing the emotions allows freedom, flow & control. Since emotions are connected to the universal cosmic energy & cosmic energy is the supreme Intelligence, we must be in tune with it. We must align our emotions with the cosmic energy & be co-creators. Of course it is necessary to have spiritual or energetic discipline to activate, align & be in harmony in order to co-create. What is Sun Gazing? Sun Gazing is better known as Solar Memory and Intuition Exercise by Dr. Ali Muhammad The general purpose of this exercise is to improve memory. We will work with the energy of the Sun and its impact on our biology to accomplish the task. This ritualistic exercise is very ancient and mathematically accurate in accomplishing better performance of the mind and brain. A general Indigenous Cosmological and anatomical explanation will follow from our Xi-Amaru Cosmology and Moorish Texts. Upon a morning walk after at least 2 miles or other general exercise that can work to activate the lymphatic system through general walking running jumping jacks, jumping rope or some other exercise of choice find an open space on the earth preferably near a tree. Next find the Sun. The time should be between 10am-12pm preferably. You are going to practice solar gazing with the left eye first then the right eye. Solar gazing is the act of staring into the corona (crown edge) of the Sun then directly into the Sun at a later time. Why the left eye first? It is the eye that will be used to improve the functions of the right temporal and occipital lobes, and hippocampus, which deal with strengthening and tapping memory and intuition. You will also practice deep breathing while doing this exercise. Breathing should be accomplished by breathing from the diaphragm not the chest. Get the breathes to 12 breathes a minute or lower. Using your left eye you will stare into the corona of the Sun for 15 second intervals in sets of 16 which will cover 4 minutes (240 seconds) of exercise or 1 degree of 360 degrees of earth rotation. Do this for the first 7 days then increase until you can stare into the corona of the Sun without blinking for 1 minute 60 seconds in sets of 4 totaling 240 seconds. Joel William, 55, Quivering heart I was very close to the list of people above & didn't know that they were not doing well. At each of their memorial I examined what they left behind & asked myself...WHAT ARE THEY TELLING ME IN DEATH THAT THEY DIDN'T IN LIFE? HOW I CAN LEARN FROM THEM? But first i'd like to address what death is from what I've learned. DEATH Death is a disease caused by thoughts & belief. The human body is up of cells that are constantly regenerating with electricity, light & life. Yet cells can be blocked or disturbed by the person in the body via the way the person lives. Many of the great researchers & scholars.... Dr. Jewel Pookrum, Dr. Phil Valentine, Dr. Delbert Blair, Dick Gregory.... just to name a few spoke on the topic of death as a disease. Interestingly, scientific research into single-celled organisms reveals that the nature of life, on a cellular level, does not automatically include a self-destruct mechanism for death. In other words, death is an unnatural part of life. Yet despite this, everything on earth is dying. THE LEGACY THAT DEATH LEAVES Death is popular & I often remind people of what we are made of. We are electromagnetic beings & connected to an energy source. The law of conservation of energy states that energy is neither created or destroyed but transformed/transferred. In Kemetic & Yoruba spiritual systems when someone dies their energy/spirit returns or transforms back to the energy source from which it came. The dead/ancestor is seen as a source of energy & power to connect & communicate with. People who have passed generate energy of lessons they've learned (or didn't) that we can connect to. Imma take a step back & reflect on my loved ones lessons & analyze the cause of their transition from this plane of existence. Dr. Avi Melech Diabetes: He was longing for what might have been. Heart Attack: Squeezing all the joy out of the heart in favor of money or position. Feeling alone and scared. “I’m not good enough. I don’t do enough. I’ll never make it.” Heart Problems: Longstanding emotional problems. Lack of joy. Hardening of the heart. Belief in strain and stress. Angela Stringfellow Sudden death (stomach): Holds nourishment. Digests ideas. dread, fear of the new or not feeling nourished What I learned from them though is if we have problems to seek support & talk to someone. Closed mouths don't get feed is what they say. I accept the responsibility to check in it may save a life. pay attention, be present, be open, check in, be loving, don't judge. HONORING ANCESTORS & TAKING A MOMENT OF SILENCE We have a responsibility to learn the lessons we are supposed to. I propose to you to take a moment of silence, reflect on your loved ones, look at what they left behind & learn from them. You all can use Shifting Patterns of Thought to examine what your loved passed from & the legacy they left behind. Are you ready to clean out the old energy in you home?
Healing the home requires knowing what's needed to heal yourself. Do you KNOW the status of your body & mind? If you don't, take a time out to complete a self health assessment & mental cause of health evaluation below. The assessment can be used to make a list of the things you are holding on to & the things you need to let go. There are many categories & lists on the assessment that may reflect some of the mental behaviors you exhibit. For example, If you are experiencing headaches, the mental cause of headaches is fear, invalidation of the self & self criticism. You must take a deep breath, relax & release anything in your mind & home that invalidates you. So make your list, check it twice & know what you need to cleanse out & let go. Letting go is the hard part. This is that time of year for spring cleaning. Cleansing out the body & home of things you no longer need opens the way for new opportunity & possibility. But before adding new things clear out old energy. Just like the body, your home is holding to your old energy, habits & behaviors. There are several ways to clear the home of old energy but per this article i'll reflect on one: Sage & affirmations. Before starting the process of cleaning & clearing the home with sage & affirmations ,communicate with all living being in the home i.e children, spouse, pets, plants, insects, etc. Sage cleans out old, negative energy & the affirmations brings in the new energy. Now, add the new things that you need. Whatever you are brining in must contribute to the temporary, preventative & permanent health of you. As I already shared about the "I," you are the infinite I of all that exists & if you are healed &/or healing everything else benefits from the work you are doing.
