Our physical body has basic needs (air, water, food, etc) but for this page we will focus on food. Most of the food sold, bought and consumed is not food, not part of nature and not assisting in our survival. Our physical body knows what it needs and it alerts us to it. Do we know how to listen?

We've partnered with Urban Farm South Greenhouse to be able to:
Learn about the fundamentals of each stage of urban farming and home gardening
Train hands-on by volunteering with Greenhouse
Schedule community workshop/events about Urban farming
Exchange produce during harvest
Through our partnership we offer: Weekly community urban farming safety orientations Hands-on training year around (after completing orientation) Workshops on weeding, seeding, composting, harvesting, preservation, etc
